I have something a little different for you today, and I hope you enjoy it. I channelled this exercise at the beginning of July but have been unsuccessful in writing it out in a way that would do the exercise justice, so I have recorded it for you to use at a time suitable for you.
This exercies uses three chakras together, a sequence shown to me by Archangel Sandalphon. Enjoy!
