Visiting Our Darkness

I’ve been to the depths of darkness many times in this Earth walk, I’m sitting there speaking to you from what may just be my very darkest depths.

What my journey and my many visits into the darkness have shown me is that each swim in the depths strengthens you if you surrender.

Surrender is a fundamental part of diving deep into the unknown depths, by surrendering you are trusting that your highest good will be delivered instead of feeding the ego mind's insecurities, expectations of outcome.

Support is around us always, visibly and invisibly. Sharing our experiences is such a deep and powerful way to offer compassion, love and support. When you are in your own trenches, others may share their stories and they may hold messages for you that will help you. When you share yours you may do the same for another. This is the wisdom we gain and share, it is there as a useful tool to aid you as you grow through your challenges and opportunities.

Something integral that I have come to learn is that our experiences are incomparable to one another’s. How we process, and also the ways and means of arriving at our darkness is our unique journey, for they are just that - our own experiences to have. Even when we are going through events that involve many, each soul will be experiencing completely differently. Love and compassion for all will assist the process of surrender.

Our multidimensionality is a key factor when diving into the darkness, whatever the pool of shadow you must visit is where you will reside whilst you witness, feel and transmute the density into light:

The human will feel and process through the bodies of expression and this will be a strengthening and a realisation in itself.

The soul or Divine essence will know and govern the right amount of density and light that is filtered through to you to ensure you learn and grow.

The experiences that we co-create for growth are there for us to utilise. This is something that you begin to notice as you keep diving back in. Each swim back to the surface shows you this.

The current situations that are swirling around me at this time have had me in floods of tears then laughing out loud at the craziness of the experiences that are overlapping in my life at this time. But I’ve visited the darkness enough now to see that the light is always on the other side when I have reached the depths and transmuted what this experience was here to give me.

Strength and growth come from within the darkness, but so too does a shift in perspective, as well as a reclaiming of parts of ourselves that we’re hidden or afraid of the light.

Each time we dive into the depths this is what we are doing; reclaiming parts of ourselves, re-membering ourselves, bringing ourselves into wholeness, becoming fully enlightened one facet at a time.

With each swim we unlock more of our memory codings, we re-activate our DNA that has been switched off, laying dormant.

With each facet of light we re-claim and re-member we begin to create ourselves a new, we are given insight into who we are in our purest form.

The darkness is a necessity, it is an opportunity and a choice to go at our own pace, in the divine flow, and to re-member ourselves.

Whatever you are currently experiencing try to see that within it there is always a lesson and an opportunity to re-claim your true essence one little facet at a time.

Keep on.

Then before you know it, you have joined many facets of your light and can see the world through the eyes of the you that you are becoming; enlightened, compassionate, connected to the oneness, supported and loved by all. Growing into your awareness of your multidimensional self.

And remember that for each dive you take you fix others and light the way for them through the work you have done for yourself. Rippling out your strength and growth to all.

From my very own murky depths of growth and strengthening I let you know that I see your light.

Aho.
