Service Description
This Ceremony will introduce you to working with the spirit of Cacao in your own unique way through guided visualisations, shamanic sounds & song, plus an offering of healing & spiritual guidance. Together we drink a cup of ceremonial cacao, whilst I guide you within and create the ceremony setting allowing the mind to relax and your heart to expand. Ceremony is the space where the sacred can begin to be woven into our every day lives. If you are new to Ceremonial Cacao please read the Ceremonial Cacao page before booking for more information on working with Cacao. All you need to know to prepare for your Ceremony. - A Cacao Ceremony is best experienced on an empty stomach, and the morning is the easiest time of the day to accommodate this. - Lighter meals are recommended but listen to what your body needs. - Foods especially best to avoid 2-3 hours before are animal products. - It is also best to avoid alcohol 24hrs prior to the ceremony. - Wear comfortable clothing. - Bring a water bottle, yoga mat, small pillow and blanket(s) and any other items that make you most comfortable. We will be sitting cross-legged on the floor for some of the time (chairs are available) then laying down during the Shamanic healing journey. Anybody with heart issues or taking anti-depressant medication please inform me so dosage can be adjusted as there can be contra-indications.
